America Reads was featured on a Channel 3 news story touting the benefits of tutoring to both tutor and tutee. A current America Reads student, Ashley Kronabetter, states "Working for America Reads and helping serve at-risk youth has shaped not only myself, but my career path. I originally wanted to pursue a career in clinical psychology, but my experience in America Reads steered my path towards school psychology. I want to continue to help provide services to children in Title I schools through school psychology so that all children have access to resources they may not otherwise receive."
